AYSO is a completely volunteer run organization. We need the support of our parents to keep our programs going. Please consider volunteering in some way to help us out. 

Coaches
All of our teams need a Head coach and we like for each coach to have an assistant coach. We provide our coaches all of the training and equipment necessary to get them started. The initial training platform is online at AYSOU which can be found in the links on our homepage. Coaches are required to complete the coach training course for their level as well as Safe Haven which is a child protection course and CDC Concussion awareness training which is a state requirement to take once a year for coaches of any sport. We have several coach instructors that are willing to come out and supplement the online training with a field session as well to help make new coaches comfortable. In 12U and above field sessions are required in addition to the online session. 

Referees
All 10U and above games require referees. The ideal for these games is 3 per game. However we cannot do this without parent help as volunteers. If you will be at games anyway consider being a referee. Once again we provide all of the training and equipment necessary. No prior soccer knowledge is required as our instructors start with the very basics and teach you everything you need to know. Youth volunteers starting at age 12 are also encouraged to become youth referees. It helps them with their overall understanding of the game. We also would love to have enough volunteers to place referees in all of our 8U games to help the players learn the game as well. We would love to get to the point where our coaches are able to coach in 8U games instead of being on the field as the referee as well. 

General Help
We also need general volunteers that can help with field setup, lining fields during practice, and many other tasks that pop up during the season. 

Board Positions
Likewise our board is all volunteer as well. We always need help with running the region. All types of skills are needed from finance to safety to referee and coach instruction. If you think you can help in any way. Please let us know.
